Prices are based on double occupancy. Extra person is $10 usd per night.

+ Cancellations within 60 days of the reservation date are subject to a 25% cancellation charge. Any cancellations within 30 days are only refundable (minus the 25% cancellation charge) if the apartment can be rented.
+ A month is composed of 30 days.
+ Check in is after 3:00 p.m. and before 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made.
+ Check out is 10:00 a.m.
+ The owner will not be held responsible for injury, loss or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the rental property.
